Effect

Summon Psychic Terrain.

In the Field

If a Pokemon in your party knows or can learn Psychic Terrain, then you can activate it to sense incoming attacks from wild Pokemon.

With Psychic Terrain active, you'll have the option to ignore any wild Pokemon encounters. Battles that begin while this effect is active will have active Psychic Terrain in the battle.
There is no cost to deploy the Psychic Terrain, but it will tax your party to keep it active over time. A Pokemon maintaining Psychic Terrain will slowly lose HP as you move around just as if it were poisoned. A poisoned Pokemon who is also maintaining Psychic Terrain will lose twice as much HP.
You can remove the Psychic Terrain effect at any time by using it again from the party menu. The effect will also be removed if the Pokemon who used it faints.
